Martin Whatson, Climber, by PoolDups on Nov 7, 2014 15:09:20 GMT 1, Once a deal is done it should be honored no matter if it's a Β£20 or Β£200 difference. I agree they should be named and called out. And you were right a 3 star member should have know better than that. If you name them it's stops another member relying on them in future.
More fool me for thinking they would. I named them earlier in the thread so others could avoid dealing with him in future.

Martin Whatson, Climber, by tab1 on Nov 7, 2014 15:14:21 GMT 1, Before the ganging starts up and name calling , twats who feel the need to start name calling , asshole to yourself
Need to gain facts Which I fully explained in texts to the buyer
I explained before hand if I only got one print I would refund his money , I explained this before money was transferred in texts so fully aware also the response in deal was made by him which stated he would cover ebay fees and post and which wasn't met , he suggested ,which he said to all buyers that he would pay Β£50 on top of purchase price covering PayPal fees and post .
It's not profit as I have a big collection of stuff from way back but if buyer can't be assed to fulfil his side which he made terms on and I'm giving up my opportunity to pass up , why bother?
I sent pictures and was going to post this morning , printed labels , checked PayPal account and saw deductions as he sent me a text screenshot of full payment not including deductions of PayPal fees and post.
I explained one was left at show framed I said I tried to buy Unframed and asked if I could leave in situ so could be displayed and pick up after the show finished on Sunday and therefore I' would of post the one bought at the show..
I also explained

Martin Whatson, Climber, by PoolDups on Nov 7, 2014 15:38:04 GMT 1, I pointed out in the first messages that I would pay Β£335 Which was Β£60 over the sale price meaning a Β£10 postage fee and Β£50. All off which would incur fees that I was willing to cover once the print had arrived via paypal gift.
All of which you stated you where happy with and continued with the agreement.
You also text me this morning which I replied to statingg I was still more than happy to honour our arrangement ( which I am still willing to do)
Also received text stating you received Β£355 and that was the deal you had took.
To me that is cancelling my deal and selling for Β£20 more? No?

Martin Whatson, Climber, by PoolDups on Nov 7, 2014 15:59:18 GMT 1, This has been a complete fuck up!!
My apologies to tabtab.
He refunded me the money so that I could send a new payment for the correct amount meaning he would get Β£50 after fees. However as I hadn't had a reply to my texts and the last text I recieved had stated the money wasnt Β£50 and he had been offered Β£80, I had took it that he had then sold the print for the higher offer as my efforts to contact him where in vain, and not knowing tabtab from adam assumed he was selling to the highest bidder.
This was not the case.
So again my apologies, for the misunderstanding
Does still remain if anybody has a piece they have to sell I would be interested
Thanks

I'm a Big collector and thought I help out another fan , always stated that would refund if I couldn't buy two prints before any payments made.
Print releases too much rage! Imagine a banksy release

No this was not sold and never my intention to sell, I'm a big collector and explained if could only buy one which I could I would refund the money as I want one for my collection , tried my hardest to get another Thought good deed to help forum guy out and cover my petrol and a few snacks .. Annoying a few members feel the need to result with name calling whilst not knowing the full story , I hope they don't get called to jury service!
