Sure could be been swapped out but I'm confidant, I could easily move them on (at a very decent profit)

The plates are acid etched metal, as far as I understand you can still use them, only that I think you might need a separate plate for each colour, so you need about 4 of them which match up.

I don't think it would take much effort to hammer it back into shape sacrificing the middle two notes. You'd still need the other 3 mind. Imagine if there was some crazed individual desperately trying to acquire the full set. I think there's a movie in there somewhere.
