If you believe that the AP's are more collectable (not AP/DNs) then you would exclude it from the comparison as the Banksy Value site does. The previous Trolleys sale at Christies was ยฃ40k, although it is not the full price as it excludes ARR, which was in August which is directly comparable. Personally I exclude the APs, PPs and AP/DN from comparitors.

For Sothebys they now add an extra admin 1% fee on top which is a bit of a liberty.
