Bonhams • Art Auctions • London 🇬🇧, by Happy Shopper on Jan 12, 2011 12:11:02 GMT 1, The KAWS print went very low. Good for me. Anyone want to sell one? Can't see his Spongebob print being worth as much as people are asking if this classic went for less!

Bonhams • Art Auctions • London 🇬🇧, by balibob on Jan 12, 2011 12:20:33 GMT 1, Just a question. It the gold flag one that didn't quite go for a very high price? I thought these went for more...anyone? Yep. I think that went quite low (especially what the seller got out of it!). Would have got more on ebay probably! I think they used to sell for around 8-10k, but that was silly money really!
Anyone know if these prices are inclusive of VAT and DACS?

Bonhams • Art Auctions • London 🇬🇧, by Goooogle Male on Jan 12, 2011 18:51:56 GMT 1, don't forget that Banker's bonus season started about a week ago - lots of London-based 30-something single males with a couple of 100k just dropped into their bank account (for the first time in a couple of years). This could explain at least partly the strong prices...

end of sale blues - my feeling is it would have done better at the start of the sale - i get the feeling lots of bidders had spent their £££ by that point

Doesn't really work like that. It's not as though people don't know what's coming up.
The prints not that pretty really.

That's what they said for street art in general after the Feb 08 bonhams auction.

Agreed Chrispa. He does'nt really put himself out to promote his work ,he just gets out there and does it.
