It was quite a busy day as we were celebrating my daughter's birthday, so it took me a bit to see the post that I had been selected. Kunstrasen not only sent the prize I had won, but also a nice extra piece just for her, wishing her a happy bday. It definitely made her day, as well as mine. Very generous offer from an amazing artist and all around nice guy. Can't wait to get them framed and up on the wall.

Prices increased quite sharply on this and is probably considered his strongest piece so far....hype has waned and prices have levelled off. Somewhere around the £900 mark for the editioned canvas - there are quite a few 1/1's around too, in white and midnight editions.
Based on the recent use in his street pieces I wouldn't be surprised to see it released as a print and / or a stencilled edition on Paper very soon.

It's actually just a black mat over the print. Maybe the reflections of the perspex 'lightened' the mat color.
