Toronto framers, by Deleted on Feb 11, 2015 19:17:50 GMT 1, For the good stuff:
thegilder.ca/
www.superframe.ca/
For the small stuff, canvas boxes or paper editions that arent worth a TON, I use Custom Art Concepts (http://www.customartconcepts.com/html/pictures/pictures-frames-home.html). I had to train them a bit to use japanese hinges for floats, and do things as I like them, but theyre cheap, reliable, and do a great job. Most of my editions are framed by them, aside from the very valuable ones.
Hope that helps!

Toronto framers, by Jaylove on Jan 11, 2017 13:36:38 GMT 1, Framer Depot's pretty good. I have a few frames actually. Very reasonable prices. There's Adina's (little pricey though) and also the framemaker is a guy I use for smaller jobs. very cheap and does a good job.

Toronto framers, by Jaylove on Jan 11, 2017 17:31:52 GMT 1, Your framer has good prices. Not worth the drive.
I've had 2 prints done with double mats, simple frames. One 22 inch by 22 inch and the other about 22x28 together for $250.
I can confirm exact measurements when I get home.
With framemaker I had one 24x18 print and another 10x20 simple black frame, one mat, for $150. cheap prints so I went with standard stuff. Good job. Place is scattered though.

Thx... no need to verify exact measurements ...
Has there ever been an Ontario meet up ? If not maybe we organize a beer somewhere ...
