His or their shipping and import charges are
Shipping:
$43.38
Import charges:
$270.85
With a neg feedback for "wanted $180 extra postage"
Other sellers, just have the shipping charges ranging from very reasonable normal rates to very high.
I never knew that the import charges by a buyer were paid to a seller?
Is it another way of some sellers making money?

Not sure what that is about. I sold something on eBay overseas, from US, and eBay hit them with an extra $100 for import and tax, which I had to explain to the buyer in no way came into my pocket. eBay has a Kentucky mailing address that you send the item to and they ship it overseas and collect the money from the buyer so no idea what kind of scam this guy is trying to run.

It could be just ebay screwing more money out of people and at the same time they say to sellers to offer free or low price shipping.
Surely it's better to send the item direct to a buyer without sending it to Kentucky first?

Could be.
My listed shipping cost was fair but I had no idea that they would be charging extra for taxes and imports and whatnot.
I didn't even get the buyer's address, eBay sent me their Kentucky processing address as the shipping address. Maybe they charged the buyer extra shipping as well once it got to Kentucky.
I agree about sending it direct as first option but eBay may handle it this way to make sure the items get there with all taxes paid. Anybody selling just needs to remember that although the address is in Kentucky, the item is still going overseas and needs to be packed accordingly.

Mr Brainwash Print Release, by Deleted on Jan 25, 2015 21:33:42 GMT 1, They are not doing that well so far. 6 completed on eBay and three sold and three unsold.
Not fantastic prices either.
The team of flippers working together on ebay probably ?
These type of hypes sometimes have a team bidding on or buying the first few anyway to create a rush. a bit like those people who sell on market stalls and get their shills to poses as the public and buy crap.
It's a sign that Brainwash needs all the hype he can find to get people to fall for his rats droppings.
I mean art offerings.

Does it though? I thought as the years passed and the prints (somehow) got even worse that the market dried up a bit.

Mr Brainwash Print Release, by savannahsam on Oct 29, 2015 13:37:07 GMT 1, same thing everyone said about the first Taxi cab print he did awhile back. I bought two of those and wish I didn't flip the first one so quick out of the gate as I only got $2500 for mine. Now you can't even find them for $3K and up! One to Flip and One to Ship! I took that money and bought a Shepard Fairey Piece on Wood which is not bad considering only spent $525 all in on one print. The best thing is that I still have one left. Trust me boys this will flip like pancakes....
