A pucka Banksy print. Can't get too precious about these things. Life's too short. One day the sun will expand and either destroy the Earth or at the very least burn off its atmosphere, making it probably uninhabitable for all life, except maybe micro organisms. 
That might be presumptious, micro organisms probably have a whole complex thing going on with macro organisms!!

Amazing that we have only been here 6 million years and have done all of our damage and carnage in just the last 80 or so. At this rate it'd be a miracle if we lasted another 10 generations. Anyway....So what's that signed GWB goin' for again? |

Amazing what humans have achieved in such a relatively short space of time. Dinosaurs (in various forms) were around for hundreds of millions of years and didn't manage to create a single plane, working laptop or form of reality TV show. But then humans probably won't last that kind of time. They kept it simple, stupid. We'll burn brightly and then eat ourselves in a frenzied orgy of post-apocalyptic shopping.
Then it's going to be ant-city time. And they'll have to compete with a world that's slowly drowning under the weight of malfunctioning 3D Printers, printing other 3D Printers.
In the meantime, I'm off to hit refresh on the Banksy homepage.

War probably won't do it either, although there'll be a lot of that when the resources start drying up. Something from space might get us, either rock or radiation. Yes, when I bought my Trolleys from Laz, at the time I overpaid, but I didn't care. He wrote me explaining how it was in his original possession, and man when it arrived, I could almost smell Pictures on Walls from LA. It was mintier than mint, it was pristine. Best quality Banksy I've ever purchased in fact. There's a price to pay for comfort of perfection.

I'd say maybe a year ahead, but that fresh pristine condition with paint smell does sound beautiful. Was still surprised this went for so much since it wasn't an AP or anything. Also I usually thought Bomb Hugger got more love than MQ (same w/ Flying Copper); guess those were priced higher though so maybe that's what's holding them back. |
