Yes, it was not the same pic when uou clicked in POw. I think that in The Fnac they are avalaible too.

I'm not a particular fan of his work but the show was different and a real opportunity to see an artist at work. I found that part of it fascinating. When I was there, it was a relaxed atmosphere and Dran was working on two or three pieces, including the 'diablo' with the gas bill and the screensaver with the yellow files on the screen.
The sunset print, to me at least, seemed indicative of the type of work I saw on the walls there - quite abstract and 'relaxed' rather than 'typically' Dran with its acerbic humour. 'House of Cards' was a bit more left field but at least it offered Dran fans a chance of a signed print at £120.
So… all in all… I think … fair play. I'm not really bothered that the walls are being cut up and sold as original pieces. So be it and good luck to those that fancy paying thousands for a piece of this kind of thing. For me it was a really interesting and enjoyable show… with a coherent and meaningful theme and execution. Good work POW.

I have many artist books and I rarely get time to get them out and enjoy. 1 print tho - so many ppl see and ask and I can share with many other people.

Anyway, yes we cant afford to buy prints. First, this is expensive, two, we need walls - keeping in a tube does not mean anything at all apart to sell them in the future - , and three, specially for Dran, I would be very frustrated to get only one print oh him : each drawing makes at the end a little story ( even if each drawing is a story .
I dont think i would like one poster or print if Dran. An original on cardboard yes !!!!
Ps : it Is sure that you would not make any money with books... Anyway prices for the prints are going down too, quickly, on the market if we can say. I can buy signed Miro for 250 euros in my street and a beautiful Chagall for 600.. I wonder how much will cost a street-art print in the future... Hope street-art will become bigger and bigger but it s not sure...

I was doing that when I was a kid after the markets or the funfairs , and I always found little treasure sir money's... Now I am doing that after the flea markets : that s like this that I found all my frames,with glass or not , for free. Good innit ?

Maybe they left a ton of flyers of dran there ( one day I bring back home - there was about a little hundred - movie press packs of Quadrophenia ( luxurious flyers in hard cardboards with pics etc .. ) ... I just take 3or 5, , a bit lazy ... Guess What ? I put one on eBay Uk , And i sold it for 30 pounds !! ... I should take all the box !!! There is real fan of the Who in GB ! I saw Quadrophenia when I lived in London, at The Premiere, in the big cinema between Oxford Circus and Picadelly... It was great ! Big sound ! I felt in love with this movie ! Phil Daniels was an hero for me !
