Charidee Urgent Information Required, by Harveyn on Feb 13, 2008 1:02:09 GMT 1, Verbal has contacted me this evening to state that a number of people have not paid for their auctions and therefore no money is owed to the charity for these auctions. I have asked him to return the remaining 34 pieces of art not yet auctioned and for him to return also to me the pieces not yet paid for.
I would anyone who either won or knows somebody who won any of the following auctions to pm me privately with an up to date report. I just need to know which items have been paid for and received.

This has now become a joint effort between myself and Helen at Bluebell to get all remaining pieces of art shipped to me so I can conclude the auction in an organized and timely manner.
I have asked for a summary of auctions that have been concluded satisfactorily and those that are awaiting payment. Verbal has been given until the end of Friday to respond.
Bluebell have agreed these timescales and stated they will take action once this period has elapsed and if the response is not complete with respect to the information request.
I would add that I am no longer prepared to put up with the rude and abrupt nature of the responses I have been getting from Verbal (when I get them). I have defended the indefensible for too long.
