It's hard to pay the price of two lower-end signed prints for a single unsigned print, but then again, it is the image that comes to everyone's mind when they think Banksy. I'm often quoted in excess of ยฃ18k.

Canvas versions of GWB never seem to come up - I wonder what the value would be on a single canvas or diptych ? i'd guess 100-150k sterling in both cases. The price of the unsigned version of this print is madness to my eyes. Signed, while it may make me uneasy, I can understand the logic to the premium. The unsigned price flies right over my head but I don't make the rules. Good luck with the sale, it certainly won't hang around long. |

I very much doubt that 600 still exist. I think you are correct Pistol. At ยฃ75 many of these were mistreated, dry mounted and damaged long ago. When so little was spent on the print most spent even less on the framing and care. |
