He has gradually raised his prices of prints as he has gained more recognition in the market over the past few years. Don't hate the player, hate the game!

Its pretty simple if they were priced to high they wouldn't sell out but they do and very fast. The demand is clearly there... I have seen more examples of presenting the past framed up on instagram than maybe any other print I have seen in the last few years.

Seeing as most of his recent works have been huge wooden Companions, and he even did the big Warm Regards statue. Also was thinking a set of Schulzish prints. Easy pass for me now that I see it's essentially a second Ups & Downs, which I also passed on.

True but have you ever seen one from the previous set come up for sale on the open market? I haven't. Kaws prints seem to all go to fanatical collectors. I could also be interested in splitting although someone would have to go to the fair in Hk as I'm not sure many will be left over after?

If you want the current set I doubt it will be that hard to obtain if you really want it, depending on price and edition size.
