I do however question the status of the print due to his poor English. Given what he's said, I assume that he purchased the print on the secondary market but is not the registered owner. Given the price of the print, I would steer clear for this reason alone. When buying something for so much money I want PC confirmation that you're the registered owner and I want to see a passport to verify that you are in fact who you say you are. That said, I don't think there's anything fishy about it being relisted. Competition for quality prints is fierce and people often sabotage auctions by reporting them and placing false bids only to contact the seller later on to make a deal in the hope that they're desperate for cash.

For sending overseas this looks like just about the most secure way, once he puts packing filler in the box to stop it rattling around. Insurance however is another matter.
