GLWTS you deserve it, as it's better than some l've been offered

I understand the effects of cigarette smoke on paper, but do people really worry about whether their second hand print smells faintly of cat or dog? I never understood the pet free thing either. What if you have a goldfish?

Any ideas on price for a signed - No Ball Games, grey, Pest Control CAO, matching red (same red as the N.B.G. sign) frame - museum quality, UV glass. I had a very good look but a barely visible 1cm tube crease was pointed out to me near top middle. Obviously this affects the price but they want 'approximately' 12K- I feel like this is probably still a bargain? I think the matching frame looks awesome but I was told this shouldn't affect my offer. (?) Really appreciate thoughts on this please to open my negotiations?

I paid just over £10k in july 2014 and that was pretty much going rate private. There was one went in recent times for £9k but think that was a one off and that was a bargain, not seen many at less than £10k for long time.

Mine was more than 10k and that was earlier this year about July 2015.

I certainly do. You mentioned it has museum glass and that alone on a print of that size even floated will be a couple hundred. Once you have that glass on anything, you need it on everything so if in your shoes I'd count it for something. Further, if you like the frame enough that it can go on the wall as is, to me that would be a savings (inclusive of glass) of ~$500-1k. If you don't like the frame, you're going to be spending the money regardless so why would a nice frame job not factor into your mind for the price? As for the price quoted, i think it's right on the money as a buddy told me a week or two ago he sold a green with minimal effort for $20k privately.

good quality framing is not cheap, last bits i had done a few years back were £300 each, and that hurts, 

Some people here are not bothered looking at their Banksy prints once they have them as they are viewed as potential investments for them, and prefer them unframed so they be stored away in an art portfolio to be resold at a later date, condition is everything to them and have to have them minty fresh.

Some like to buy them to enjoy them as pretty pictures on the wall.

I know its a 'how long is a piece of string' question without a photo but ...a barely visible 1cm 'livable' crease in the mid upper border does affect value... but by how much anybody take a rough guess?

Anyone thinking of buying or selling a Toxic Mary Unsigned? If so, one appears to have sold earlier this week on eBay for £3350. eBay item number: 111789037048. Was framed and can't vouch for seller's claims of excellent condition, but may be a reasonable pointer for future sales or purchases.

Am hoping to pick one of these up myself at some point in 2016....love the drips on this print.
