The cheapest I've seen a GWB is 18K gbp recently. The rest are 20Kgbp and up.

Steph also seems to be the only one to spot someone trying to get round the rules and was toying with them (we did tell you there wasn't a vacancy didn't we  )

So far I've found out that I need a COA from pest control and a restorer to unroll the print as it has never been out of the tube. I'll let the board know where I finally sell it and at what price so at least that will be a little contribution to the knowledge base here.

- I got the gangsta rat for ยฃ350 from a shop called "Art Republic" on a day trip to Brighton I also went mad and bough another signed one of a rat holding a sign saying "get out while you can" - that was a bit cheaper at ยฃ300. Having two seemed a bit odd for my OCD tendencies so I bought the love rat for ยฃ600 off eBay some time later so I could have three in a row. They are all signed. - I heard about pest control so I got that many years later, but I had no idea they would be worth anything in fact I felt quite depressed having spent over ยฃ1200 on pictures!

There is a signed love rat in the upcoming Bonhams auction ( link below), so will be a good litmus test for all three of your pieces to see the price it achieves. Don't mind the auction "estimates" as they are notoriously low to entice bidding. Auctions like these can end up a bit on the high side since they do add a premium to the final hammer price but in the end the final price is what was paid to own it.
