In my opinion that was an absolute steal at ยฃ12.5k. They rarely surface. I think Joseph Fine Art also have one for sale; give them a buzz to find out the high end of the market.

I think white has been between 13.5-16 on here and galleries 17-19? Haven't seen much on orange lately anyone else weigh in on 20k there? * The Orange versions I have seen out there have been above 20 K BSP. You are correct on the 17 - 19 K BSP estimate from galleries on the White edition of 289. The Blue / Green version I have seen out there have been above $45,000 USD. I am not sure about the price on the Yellow.

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by Black Apple Art on Nov 2, 2015 23:01:36 GMT 1, Have been told there are 11 "Dark to light orange" APs as they are called, as opposed to the 32 regular Orange. If anyone can find a legit Orange of either type in the low 20s I'll take it! Grey rain of 63 are in the low to mid 20s so to get an orange in that range would be an absolute steal and IMO close to impossible.

my only other reference for the orange 32 was that i know for a fact it was 15k at the beginning of boti 2 years ago. which probably means nothing today anyway..

I personally know of two greys that sold recently, both private party, that went for the low 20s but I can see some going for a bit less possibly but that would be a great deal since that is now white pricing.
Even going back one year is another world. Hell, I sold a U/S GWB for $8k two years ago LOL.

That grey Nola was six months ago though and was regarded as a good price even then...... Well there were two. One was 17.5 and the other started at 20 and took some time down to 18. They may well be worth more but it's not as though you're guaranteed to sell it right away for 20k, hence the range. For the record I'm a Nola owner myself, just trying to be fair and balanced. Feels like everyone always talks their position, but the "value" really should be what it can sell for tomorrow, cash ready and not what the people who own it want to sell for.

If it's in good condition, not mounted to board, trimmed, scratched torn, I'd think between ยฃ10-12k.

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by andyroo0312 on Nov 9, 2015 7:06:08 GMT 1, Thank you very much for your help - its been a bit of an eye opener - will have a look at that sale - it looks like they have a lower price on it presumably to attract bidders - but your kind advice is very much appreciated - thanks again Sell the 3 and then buy this link spend a little cleaning it up and then rent it out. Not only do you generate income but one day Burnley will be very fashionable and you can make a killing selling the property. I am sure most of us/you know or have heard of early Banksy buyers cashing in and putting the kids thru Uni or paying a big chunk of their mortgage off with the profits. Well done to Joey, he took a punt and it paid off.

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by rebelate on Nov 9, 2015 18:57:56 GMT 1, I know of a few that couldn't even sell at 3200gbp recently. Really ?? You know of several U/S trolleys selling at around 3k gbp ? Point me to one and I'll buy it. Not taking the piss, i will seriously buy it if it checks out Just gotta keep an eye out and be persistent with sellers. Follow up with them if it doesn't get sold right away, they have no choice but to lower the price if they are serious sellers. One was on EB in early September for $6000 USD, sold for $4850 which converts to approx 3200gbp.
Fountain Art sold his for 3250 gbp in September on the forums also, you can find the thread.
Just be vigilant fellas... just because you see it listed for 4k gbp doesn't mean the seller moved the piece or got that as a final offer. Sellers that come in priced high will usually do more harm than good, losing out on true buyers, and then chasing the market down with their price. I can't tell you how many times I didn't follow up on a print that was listed for a crazy amount of money and then someone I knew got it for less than what I'd pay for it.
What I've seen happen lately, is those who believe the hype fulfill their , after the 3rd or 4th time the same print is being offered up, we see a dip in price, because now the buyers are the one that won't pay the "hyped" prices. We saw it with the u/s morons too, we saw 2700-2800 sales, moved up to 3500 quickly, now dropped back to asking prices of 3250...and still I heard of one or two that didn't sell for that price. It just depends on who is shopping, who is selling and timing. But the theory of "one sold for X last time so automatically mine is worth X+500gbp is ridiculous."

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by Matt on Nov 9, 2015 19:57:12 GMT 1, Thanks for the "art of buying 101" masterclass :-)
I have yet to see one with provenance and no issues not sell for 3200.
Again let me know who is stuck with one and i will happily pay for it.
The one that sold here by Fountain Art put off a lot of buyers because it was rolled since back in the day which in the end will take a toll on the print and require lengthy and uncertain restoration
The one on EB has taxes for us Brits or you take a big chance...
In the end if you or someone found one for 3K that they are happy with good for them.
I have not seen a good one below 3.5-3.7 and I don't say this because i have one. I am considering buying one
