Have been told there are 11 "Dark to light orange" APs as they are called, as opposed to the 32 regular Orange. If anyone can find a legit Orange of either type in the low 20s I'll take it! Grey rain of 63 are in the low to mid 20s so to get an orange in that range would be an absolute steal and IMO close to impossible. 

I personally know of two greys that sold recently, both private party, that went for the low 20s but I can see some going for a bit less possibly but that would be a great deal since that is now white pricing.

Even going back one year is another world. Hell, I sold a U/S GWB for $8k two years ago LOL. 

Considering swapping out my green NBG.. . again. From what I've seen grey seems to be exchanging hands a bit more often privately at around 10-11k.

Anyone know of any recent sales I can refer for the green? TIA

Never posted before and looking for some advice I have a Love is in the air print, numbered but unsigned. It has just been authenticated by pest control. My wife bought it for me for a birthday present around 2003 from shop in Bristol just wondering how much it is worth I think its in good condition.

If it's in good condition, not mounted to board, trimmed, scratched torn, I'd think between £10-12k.

Sell the 3 and then buy this link spend a little cleaning it up and then rent it out. Not only do you generate income but one day Burnley will be very fashionable and you can make a killing selling the property.
I am sure most of us/you know or have heard of early Banksy buyers cashing in and putting the kids thru Uni or paying a big chunk of their mortgage off with the profits. Well done to Joey, he took a punt and it paid off.

Just gotta keep an eye out and be persistent with sellers. Follow up with them if it doesn't get sold right away, they have no choice but to lower the price if they are serious sellers. One was on EB in early September for $6000 USD, sold for $4850 which converts to approx 3200gbp.  

Fountain Art sold his for 3250 gbp in September on the forums also, you can find the thread.

Just be vigilant fellas... just because you see it listed for 4k gbp doesn't mean the seller moved the piece or got that as a final offer.  Sellers that come in priced high will usually do more harm than good, losing out on true buyers, and then chasing the market down with their price.  I can't tell you how many times I didn't follow up on a print that was listed for a crazy amount of money and then someone I knew got it for less than what I'd pay for it.  

What I've seen happen lately, is those who believe the hype fulfill their , after the 3rd or 4th time the same print is being offered up, we see a dip in price, because now the buyers are the one that won't pay the "hyped" prices. We saw it with the u/s morons too, we saw 2700-2800 sales, moved up to 3500 quickly, now dropped back to asking prices of 3250...and still I heard of one or two that didn't sell for that price.  It just depends on who is shopping, who is selling and timing. But the theory of "one sold for X last time so automatically mine is worth X+500gbp is ridiculous."
