As far as this particular sale and it's validity, I don't know that I don't believe it (or believe it) - I guess if I were buying or selling I would do more digging on both sides of the equation...I was really just putting the info out there....if someone can get for less - more power to them. Wasnt aware of one for sale and this will give an idea of current value. I just recalled a number of folks looking for this last year and comments to the effect that they were hard to find and price going up ! Ironically i had been looking for one for months and picked one up on ebay back in 2014.

I have an LA version of Grannies and happen to quite like it but i think even the most ardent Grannies fan would be hard pushed to post one of his best images or offers over £5k as being a great price.
I dont think that you'd need to search this forum for too long to find more examples of threads of this nature.
