This took me around 30 seconds on google
Pick up the phone, give them a call, and I am sure they will give you a price
hanguppictures.com/urban/artists/banksy/available-signed-banksy/hmv-signed
edited to add, if I am mistaken and you want a value on it without pest control COA then i dont know, maybe a 20th of what it is worth with one, as its a big gamble
(please be aware I don't know much about these things)

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by mega on Feb 4, 2016 14:53:25 GMT 1, Signed LITTA £20k to £23k Signed Morons, depends on edition but £9k Seems a bit high for a morons? Ive seen them sell for 10-12K USD max depending on color. BW is usually closer to 12 and sepia closer to 10. £9k would put it in the 13000USD range which I haven't heard of just yet. last one on beans sold for $15k private sale....

Do you believe it? You can get it from galleries right now for less than that I'm sure. Just have to look around.

Was not aware ...I will keep that in mind. are you saying that people over report what they got paid in order to create a precedent? As far as this particular sale and it's validity, I don't know that I don't believe it (or believe it) - I guess if I were buying or selling I would do more digging on both sides of the equation...I was really just putting the info out there....if someone can get for less - more power to them. Thanks for the insight Poster...

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by Poster Bob on Feb 5, 2016 11:33:59 GMT 1, Yes, it's just like on this forum. Someone will post something for sale at normal asking price + £2k. A bunch of people will chime in saying "GLWTS!", "great deal!" and "I wish I had the funds" for it to be marked as sold. You'll then see someone post the same item for sale within a few weeks talking about what a deal it is. You have to take these prices with a grain of salt. To be honest, I don't even look at auction prices as valid; they're just the current price at which a gallery has a customer willing to pay even more than that.

Wasnt aware of one for sale and this will give an idea of current value. I just recalled a number of folks looking for this last year and comments to the effect that they were hard to find and price going up ! Ironically i had been looking for one for months and picked one up on ebay back in 2014.

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by Deleted on Feb 6, 2016 9:19:46 GMT 1, There was (maybe still is) a Grannies for sale a week or so ago (not ukartdealers) for a high asking price by any standards followed by "one of his best images, great price, glwts etc etc". I have an LA version of Grannies and happen to quite like it but i think even the most ardent Grannies fan would be hard pushed to post one of his best images or offers over £5k as being a great price.
I dont think that you'd need to search this forum for too long to find more examples of threads of this nature.

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by Deleted on Feb 6, 2016 20:36:59 GMT 1, Aye that was the one.
I wasnt really looking to prove owt moreso opining that i agreed that this stuff happens. I recalled a recent print for sale at what i thought was an unrealistic price followed up by a more unrealistic comment later in the thread. Im sure there are plenty others to be found if someone can be arsed to look.
I canny recall specifics but i do mind there was a spate of these comments last year with the sadly missed Laughnow10 and a couple of his / her mates, this went on for a few weeks over a couple of threads before their usenames became defunct.
