Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by Loobaz on Feb 10, 2016 23:26:17 GMT 1, Any idea of price?? Can't find any comparables!! The last confirmed sale I have seen was back in December and Hammered at 102,000 Euros at Digard Auction
That means the Seller achieved £58,000, and Buyer paid £74,000. It was Canvas AP

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by .dappy on Feb 10, 2016 23:29:11 GMT 1, I recently purchased this signed HMV from Article One Gallery in London. The owner never register it with PC as it was from the times before PC. It is a 2004 HMV signed edition. The seller never registered with PC as he was so confident in his purchase. POW did confirm that it was sold at santas ghetto in 2004 which is what my seller was told as well. What do yall think on the piece? PC wants over $2000 to bring it in to look at it for a COA. How can i get PC to help me get this verified without having to ship to the UK? thanks s30.postimg.org/b4qii22s1/IMG_1355.jpg .

Personally, I find confirmed sale prices a bit more representative of current values than gallery asking prices, but all info should help the seller.

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by fearandloathing on Feb 15, 2016 15:20:27 GMT 1, Hi, I have unsigned CND Soldiers and an GOWYC rat I may need to sell soon, any ideas on price/where I would sell? I've had since new from POW. I don't have the COA because I've never needed it to be honest but I can get no problem, would just need to send them the fee. They were professionally framed as soon as I bought them so in my mind they are mint but what I consider mint and what actually is will no doubt differ. Would be a reluctant sale if I did let them go, but currently redundant and you know, house/life needs.. These and Hewletts BSF and the Hick were my first upgrade from posters on my walls. I hadn't even heard of Banksy at the time but one NYE a friend spotted a rat on a phonebox in London and was gushing about it being modern art. I liked it, looked him up and spent what I thought was crazy money on some prints.

No point continuing without.

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by Poster Bob on Feb 16, 2016 12:21:38 GMT 1, Galleries normally quote £26k for a Gangsta Rat AP but I think they hang around for quite a while at that price.
I'd say £3,500 max for an unsigned Toxic Mary.

Banksy Artwork, VALUATION, by Loobaz on Feb 16, 2016 13:05:52 GMT 1, I'd say £3,500 max for an unsigned Toxic Mary. I think that is still quite strong on the TM. They go unsold on eBay at £3,400, and the last one here took a little while to sell, even when reduced to £3,100. (Babydave was the seller I believe..? Maybe in December.)
