Posting tube to the US, by settingson on Apr 9, 2015 22:36:11 GMT 1, Hi all, Looking to price up the posting of a fairly large print, (740 x 540) in a substantial tube to the US and wondered what cost I might be looking at as a ballpark figure? Just wondered if anyone had sent similar recently that could give me some idea. Insurance up to £300 and signed for probably most appropriate. Will investigate on Royal Mail site but just thought someone may well be able to give me some approximation. Thanks

the RM are pretty serious about dimensions though - has to be less than 90cm and has a certain maximum ratio of width to length the RM adhere to - I found this out when I tried to post a few DPRK posters lat year to the USA..I charged £20 and think it just about covered the postage
I think they will cover up to £250 on an international as well
