Also if you check out www.santasghetto.com/, the last image, will show you all the other things on all the wall are the same as the one being offered.

Banksy Donkey, by slacker on Feb 25, 2008 11:27:49 GMT 1, there was a post on here a few weeks ago from somebody in las vegas trying to sell it on behalf of his 'brothers' in palestine. $500,000 isn't a lot when it's split between 10 families apparently. oh, and none of it is going to be used to buy weapons either apparently.

Banksy Donkey, by shower on Feb 25, 2008 11:28:15 GMT 1, what slacker said... some bloke thought he was the sellers agent and was promoting the image! apparently the donkey was white washed but with a cheap paint that could be removed to reveal the image below. but as you can see it looks wank! i certainly wouldnt pay that money for it if i had it, i would just buy all his prints!

If Banksy's intension was for the community to sell it to the highest bidder, then all well and good, but if not, they should of left it white washed if the piece was not liked by the locals, not cut out of a wall cleaned and sold on ebay, to line the pockets of individuals.

Can anybody get the truth about this , got offered this ass for $100k bout 10 days ago but get no answers to my mail , who is the seller ? Is it the real thing? tried the bay again but its off , any clues ?
