Fine, if you took it thinking it would brighten up your life beyond the life expectancy of the piece staying on the streets, but to darken everyone elses day just to sell on isn't right IMO. And why say you're trying to get hold of some art for no cash by swapping it? You've already got a lovely piece of art for no cash by taking it.
