I passed my worst moments in a year of all times : I did not see my kids ( but I sent them what they asked for ) , I did not pay my two rents, Iโm broke , I m selling shit on eBay - that I used to like anyway - The only Xmas โ gift โ - I could afford was this signed ( ouf ๐

Phaidon have done this to me before with a signed book. I totally understand your pissed as once you order something, you look forward to receiving it...not receiving an email to say 'out of stock'.
Don't get paranoid about the reasons though. It could be that it's easier for them to send to UK based and cancel overseas orders. I would have offered you my book, but I wangled it in to my partner's Xmas gift.

Yes, I am very disappointing for the first time of my Collector life ( a bit slow down ).
Why ? Because I always wanted a JR signed, thatโs all.
Anyway the email sounds weird : some received the signed book 2 days later and I only received a mail 3 weeks later , indicating the wrong issue :
โ We are sorry for the inconvenience: due to a technical issue the signed edition of JR was showing as available when it wasnโt as it was sold out. โ
They did not see this at the moment or after the sales ? 3 weeks later ?! Or they cancelled all foreign orders ?! Phaidon is a big editor innit ?
