Martin Whatson - Why no print releases lately?, by randomname on Mar 17, 2016 16:18:19 GMT 1, Personally, I don't care that he does the same idea over and over. What bothers me is that it wasn't his idea. Copied it from Dolk if I'm not mistaken. Why does it bother you? Coming up with the idea is the hardest part of art. Execution is easy. Taking credit for someone else's idea is a shitty thing to do.

Martin Whatson - Why no print releases lately?, by minimalistic on Mar 17, 2016 17:02:10 GMT 1, It might be much of the same, but I do like the image and execution of the new print. Plus, it's art police and kids friendly. Will deffo go in for the lottery for this print.

FYI Banksy was tagging outlines back in 2008.

Not the same thing. Same technique, different execution. It's a different idea and different technique. The only thing they have in common is that they both used tags.

Martin Whatson - Why no print releases lately?, by bigv on Mar 24, 2016 14:45:44 GMT 1, Just got a graffiti prints notification of a lottery for Whatson's next release. Zero Tolerance, and Zero Tolerance (Ed of 100) variants (Peace, Love, Riot (Ed. Of 30)) with 5 4mm acrylic versions for each print. Registration deadline is noon 3/26 UK time. £275 & £225 for the prints (main and variant) and £800 for the acrylics.
I'm registered, but I don't feel too strongly about the release (I like it, but it likely wouldn't make the wall, at least that's how I feel at the moment, things could change), I'm mainly in it to be a print buddy (and to build some goodwill since I'm still new here) if someone really wants it but doesn't get their number pulled since you have 24 hours to make payment to Graffiti Prints.
