That's just a simple find and replace in the text. I may well be wrong but I've been involved in building a number of websites and often the first thing that's done for these sorts of pages - ie the uninteresting ones- is to simply cut and paste from elsewhere - certainly for starters. Like I said, I may well be wrong ( I hope I am) but I wasn't at all surprised to see the POW words lifted and dumped in here.

Did they know ? - other than presumably getting a tidy fee for leasing the site to Grey Fox I doubt they gave a cardboard fish finger for the rest of Weston.
