Be funny to hear a kids interpretation of the event , especially after visiting the pier first :-) , took a few adults a while to understand the theme of the workers on the first day .
For really young kids maybe caution to Cinderella and grim reaper .
Tiny model city should be fun for them

You can't miss it as its a big vending machine...but you have to be up close to see past the reflections
The cake pieces pieces in the Alice tent were visually stunning, but again to a young child may be a little scary
Some of the videos (such as Fuck meditation) have some strong language but there's no avoiding that but i saw children of all ages in there, its a reality check on the glossy misrepresentation of life but I'm sure most kids will take it all in there stride and ask some very interesting questions....all starting, Why....?

They should really encourage children to watch and take part of art. In many ways. It would be amazing if Dismaland had a 'kids day only' entrance for adult o n l y, if they have at least five kids with them. Or only open for schools. Oh happy days.

Agreed, we're doing streetart workshops for 2900 kids and 70 school visits during this years festival. There's nothing more inspiring than seeing the unbridled mayhem it brings. |

I totally agree and they are pretty piss poor to boot; however, for me the point being is that it came from the Banksy show and for me it has a funny story attached to acquiring it and means more to me than just tat.
I was talking about just this last night with someone in the queue. We were looking at the decayed kids fairground rides scattered around and discussing where they would have picked them up from etc. (on the open market for pennies more than likely) but add provenance that Banksy placed it and it forms part of the whole installation and concept, then you have an everyday unwanted item turn into a sort after piece of art with provenance attached.
Blame the likes of Marcel Duchamp but that’s how our crazy art world works.
