Not being a pedant but it is still limited as its only available for a certain length of time.
Personally I think its a great thing, and more artists should do it to make their work accessible to fans without large bank balances.

I agree that the use of the word "limited" could be seen as slightly misleading.
"Time-limited" might have been a more accurate description.

I could be wrong, but the most recent releases all have seemed to be fairly easy to snag. IMO, these new open-edition releases are pretty much an acknowledgment of that and an attempt to spread the love. For those hesitant about the offset printing, I'd add that some offsets are spectacular. I have some early Lichtenstein and Haring lithos that blow my other screenprints out of the water. Can't speak for the quality of these, but I wouldn't let the printing technique turn you off.

Yep... People often can't tell the difference between an inkjet and a lithograph... But suddenly Litho vs Screen is a big issue!
For those worried... you'd only know the difference if you were told how they were printed.
The ink on a litho will be slightly thinner and more perfectly flat (usually)... but when was the last time you got a patchy coloured screen print?

Don't get the hatred to Litho..lots of members on here swooning over the new Ian Francis prints or the latest Conor Harrington's when they're effectively printed off a big ink jet, yet they then turn their noses up to lithographs.
I also picked up NY invasion, which looks fantastic and is on really nice stock..these will look the nuts side by side (granted in the spare room, but the nuts none the less!)
Yes it would always be nicer to have a screen print or something with more work going into the production, and it would have equally been nicer to pick up something a bit more limited but this is £100, and a faile signed dog of this size in any medium feels like a bit of a result at £100.

its on thick paper, thicker infact than their 150 series prints.
