Im not making any bones about it, its been stuck down with double sided tape. the print itself its fine, and i would assume a restorer can sort it (Ive had it done recently to a S&S), but its got quite a few patches its been done. Cant understand why a framer would do this, and ive seen it at least 4 times in the past few months (including 3 banksy prints).
