my "thoughts" on the piece...well its based around the idea or rather the tactics the "state" use to (lets say) control a situation into going "their" way
from the way police (and armed forces) wear peaked caps that cover the eye brow (and most of the eyes) as eyes convay emotion, they give things away, the person in the "power" role doesnt want to be your friend......but wants you do do what HE wants you to do and by not showing emotion he cant be your friend because you cant empathise
to the way that riot control is used , from the seperation tactic ( attack the crowd from differing points to to segment the large crownd into managable segments) to the "slow march" where the police walk in a line slowly at the "mob" banging their battons against their shield to cause fear and confusion in the "mob".........but these tactics can backfire, as we as humans when in a dangerous situation run on a fight or flight mechanism then things go way out of control as we and they start to run on adrenaline (we stand and fight....or run away , both can let us live another day.....but both can get us killed)
red balloon......balloons pacify children , the colour red , red reprisents certain things in psychology.. warning, fear, guilt, passion, blood, sacrifice and hunger....and has been used by many a "political" party to cause an effect , from communism to socialism to revolutionists
even mcdonalds uses red to instill a feeling of hunger

Not all elements of the armed forces wear Peaked Caps. Only crap hats
