On another note the seller of item 171947535159 is an absolute maniac going in at 1.7K for something that isn't even the actual print lol

Still misleading if it's not one of the bigger ones though although it doesn't say numbered so that's a bit of a giveaway

Misleading at the least, what a **** There was a separate print just for staff - smaller than the poster and it looked screenprinted. There was a member of staff in the "queue" (free for all) in front of me when the doors were opened up to people who hadn't managed to snag a print. She picked up 3 posters for different members of staff and Stik told her to also ask one of the organisers for the special, staff only copy. Still misleading if it's not one of the bigger ones though although it doesn't say numbered so that's a bit of a giveaway |

Thanks again to a kind forum member who helped get these from the Dorian Grey Gallery release that's the good thing with Stik. He keeps releasing on a regular basis cheap and easy to get prints, so anyone can get something for their walls, whatever your budget. His limited prints are hard to get and insanely expensive now, but if what you want is a stik figure, you don't need to spend that much to get one. I wish more artists would do that (best example remains Jeremy geddes with his time-limited releases offering great prints at very reasonable prices). |

These were given to just to staff and are really good print quality, and similar to the print. I was only given one for this purpose to raise money for this cause and that's what it will be for. However please bare with me and it should be up in the next day or so with the details. Great idea. The uncoated paper poster looked great quality too.

So much hype about the need to queue and reference to the 3-400 in the Foiles queue (which for a ยฃ20 book is plausible) but using it to create hype about a ยฃ500 print set a particular ridiculous precedent - suited some I guess.
I'm pretty certain that if the tickets weren't issued when they were there would have been some major issues by the afternoon and if you're Uncle was #91 when the tickets were issued you could have guaranteed he would have been #131 by the time they opened the doors. It was a credit to the hospital that they respected the order and did not entertain anyone that didn't already have a ticket - and some real piss-takers still though they could try it on all day long.

i agree if she didn't hand out the tickets , i certainly wouldn't of got one .
it's a lovely print and i didn't really want a blue , but once i see it in the flesh i was quite jealous i couldn't get one !

. Ha ha. Yeah he is mate but he's living in the big smoke !!!!! He's a professional when he comes to queing as he's been doing the book signings for years !!! But he said never again after this one ( he's only use to 2/3 hours !!!)
