Please remember that this is a charity release and the hospital clearly want to be part of the event but they are not a print house, gallery or any other retail outlet and may not be as prepared as some outlets would be so self-police and help them as much as possible.
The Hospital have a much more important job of seeing to patients so can I ask everyone to conduct themselves as best they can, even if tensions rise be the one to diffuse it not the one causing it. If you need a piss or refreshments or anything else then go down the road rather than over-crowd the hospital.
Final Point: this is also a residential area as well so please be considerate of the residents and just think how you might feel with a load of 'erberts loitering outside your house.

Whilst I agree with your sentiments I think most of us know how to behave in public.
For the record I emailed about arrangements for the day and was advised that there will be a strong security presence.
