I don't see the little red dots (but am on my phone), but I assume this still sells quite fast as Eine definitely has a strong following I think only one piece was marked as sold. Not sure if others sold by the end f the night, but it didn't look likely. It's not a good sign when the artist doesn't come to his own show.
I popped in today and only noticed one sold piece, 'diversion'.
The guy at the front said that Ben did not attend or even set up the show as he can only enter the States a certain amount of times per year. Sounds a bit far fetched that he could not make his own solo show due to visa restrictions. Not forgetting the upcoming moniker show which I'll be surprised if he is not involved in.

Although he has made a few background tweaks to the usual fonts, I have to agree this isn't groundbreaking But I like what he does, his fonts are part of the East London backdrop, and he seems to be sticking to it. Harland Miller (thinking of your avatar) has been painting book covers for ever yet I still like every new witty release. I can deal with artists doing what they do I guess

I thought that maybe seeing the oils could be good but now I've heard they're just prints it doesn't seem so exciting. Anyone got any close ups of the single letters? There was no real theme and no sense of artist involvement - almost like it was done as an obligation rather than a celebration of a new body of work.
Worth a look as there are some nice pieces, and it's not that far from the Jan Kalab show which is definitely worth visiting.
