PC usually won't touch a gift not meant for resale and doubt Banksy would either. Just stating that without the involvement of PC and it not being a known wall piece ect, it's quite a stretch for the $100k range. |

Is there more to this story? Do the kids need operations or something? I'm just surprised that Banksy would authenticate a gift so it could be resold.
But then I'm also not surprised.

Seems mostly galleries buy these types of items then you see them not selling at inflated prices then loaned out to group shows
This would look great framed though and tempting to a collector
