Gonna check sports forums later and see if they're bitching about art lovers getting in on the sporting events they love and putting prices out of their reach.
In fact, the whole endeavour is pretty much a conceptual art project. I will be selling photos of a variety of sports fans reading ebay with quizzical, disappointed looks in due course..

Unlike flipping art prints which is immoral though not illegal, there is a law firm that monitors eBay for people touting tickets for sporting events... If they are on there you can probably expect a solicitors letter through the post very soon.

I have done a little bit of ticket touting in my time, and this is simply not the case. You cant sell football tickets, but any other ticket can be sold, and as long as you have the tickets in hand then there is nothing anyone can do, and ebay have said that its up to the ticket owner to do as they wish, and thus will not stop touting continuing

I booked rugby tickets at Twickenham only to realised I was on holiday at the time. when I listed them on the bay even with a buy it now price at face value I received a threatening letter. I've also known of people to see seats at the millenium stadium for rugby with stickers on the seats saying 'these were sold on eBay' so its not only football. I believe they are clamping down on ALL sporting events in the UK. Anyhow, please do as you like and good luck....

Any other tickets trades are governed by civil legislation. This means it's a breach of contract not a criminal offence so you have to sue (for breach of contract etc). Means? You can sell what you want...('cept the footy...)
