I've always found that people on here are very very touchy when someone feels a Banksy print or the Banksy market could go down. It surprises me more even now after the market has been hit very hard and people have lost tens of k. I'd have expected people to be more open to the fact that the prices could fall further.

Not you, just in general. Buy what you like and enjoy it on your wall. 

I’m not touchy, in fact I’m probably one of the most realistic in terms of value and always have been. If you read back what I said I think there is a strong possibility values could fall further, the difference between my post and yours is that I always qualified everything I said as a possibility when it came to predictions rather than a statement of fact. In fact on your 2nd statement I would probably be minded to agree with that. The other point of my post is to try and encourage longer term thinking when buying art and not to always focus on being able to flip everything tomorrow.
my other point which perhaps was less clear is just because Banksy and other prints were selling for obscene valuations in the Covid era doesn’t mean those valuations coming around anytime soon, steady growth once the markets finds its bottom is a more realistic assumption in my view. 

As I said, not you. But I'd be keen for you to point out my statements of fact. As that is the difference between our posts. Could you? 

Also very keen to understand the part of my post outside of the statement of fact you are referring to which you disagree with.
