I was going to pull the trigger but the one thing that threw me off is the ladder going all the way to the bottom of the page meaning youโre likely looking at floating this print to get it all in. Probably fine for a lot of folks but Iโm not a fan of floating prints, much prefer mat so didnโt go with it this time. Looking forward to seeing pics of it framed up though.

It was finished with spray paint, but the work was done by the print house and not Seth. It's an ed. of 15 and is probably the favourite print I own. I think it's about to get bumped into 2nd by this one.

Just an update, these are shipped on Friday. Just got an email saying they're running late with these and that they'll be shipped with DHL Express later this week. I hope it gets here before Christmas and is not sat in a tube at the delivery depot for the duration of the festive season. |

Would be easier to just send them a video (at their request) of you destroying the print, and them mailing you a replacement with your same edition number... |

They re responsible for shipping properly so they should cover the return, seriously

If you've paid with PayPal, you might also have additional protection that you can let Lโลil dโHorus SARL know you would use if you can't reach a resolution with them.
I agree with other posters that it seems a bit daft to waste money on shipping an item that is likely to be destroyed anyway but if they insist on it, they should pay!

The purchase agreement was with Seth.fr (Lโลil dโHorus SARL) so you should be dealing with them. Their terms and conditions (section 9, Garanties) seem to indicate that the return of a defective item should not incur extra costs for the buyer seth.fr/en/terms-and-conditions/ Having said that, my French is a bit rusty so maybe a native speaker could chip in here.
