He's dealt with a lot of people on here & is very courteous, polite & accommodating. His pricing is excellent too & doesn't have a profiteers agenda.
Sometimes agreements do break down, for one reason or another & if you left it at receiving an apology, then my best advice to you is to build a bridge a get over it.
If it was your first time at your deal being scuppered, it certainly won't be the last as that's what happens in this world. I'm guilty of it too from time to time, biting off more than I can chew then being lambasted by my other half for wanting art I shouldn't even be contemplating when I have other financial responsibilities that a family brings.
I'm sure you're a decent person, I don't know you, but I can vouch for Emmanuel being a really humble & nice individual.
