I purchased a Nuart boxset back in September which I paid(promptly) ยฃ750 for. I understand the shipping from Norway may be a touch slow so I think 7 weeks should be ample time for it to arrive in the UK. After learning fellow members had received their's, I contacted reedprojects but didn't get a response, 3 emails later, still no response so I contacted Paypal and after a few days the money was refunded, however, I still lost over ยฃ60 due to the exchange rate. Not even an apology from Reedprojects, nothing. They are even still "selling " the Nuart boxset on their website. Buyers beware.

Almost two months of no response, PayPal had to refund him - not them - and no response to three emails and had to resort to coming in here to shame them into doing something. Agreed is bad service and frustration upon the buyer with no responses over a period of time and the frustration of being a limited edition the product might sell out and missed out purchasing . Seems like instead of one person following order all the way through emails have been passed around and not responded to by lack of communication in house . Option to reply via PayPal resolution which has also been missed out and obviously the buyer has been frustrated.
Think all has been resolved with an apology and good communication from the moment it seems the more professional manager has been made aware of the situation , exchange difference refunded which they don't have to honour and a discount on the order , ,can't ask for more , the buyer is happy , it is a one off as all other orders seem to be seemlessly completed .
Seems inexperienced customer care , follow through , sure lessons learned and improved for the future .

Certainly no offence taken mate. I was referring to Nu's handling of it as excellent service since he became aware. Hence I quoted his statement. Clearly things had gone wrong prior to that, as acknowledged by Nu with an apology and rectification.

Was ready to purchase...then another email from them arrived and stated they were going to frame all of their 1/1's and my cost would be around $600 more.

My only experience with them was horrible. When Dot first released his 1/1 different colorways of Theft. I immediately sent an email asking about their pink background. Was quoted a price. I received a lovely email apologising, a refund to make up for the currency exchange discrepancy and an offer on the boxset with a couple of extra prints thrown in.
