Barry McGee ๐บ๐ธ Mission School Art Movement, by brownbuffalo13 on Sept 25, 2024 20:06:41 GMT 1, Those zines were actually put up for sale back in early August, as a bundle, it included 2 unsigned screen prints on recycled paper and a tote bag, and you didn't get to choose what original drawing you'd get, i believe they were close to 3k to 3.5k? interesting that they're selling them individually and you can choose the image you'd like, guessing not many movedn when it was a bundle offer, and i'm surprised that they are all still available. I'm not a big fan of the dog drawings or of the older men drawings, i think the winners in there are the faces with puffy hair. the screen print that sold out was really nice. i ordered the natural food market print that dropped on scootersforpeace a few weeks ago, still waiting on it to be delivered, but hyped to get a screen print of that image as i've been after one for a while and never pulled the trigger on the digital ones that were released via parklife in 2020.

It looks like they might even use the same screens. Then come these beauties today. So happy to have gotten one. Actually the one I ordered and my favorite of the 3 appears to still be available.
Referring to an early post I actually did get one of the Park Life digital prints back in 2020. The paper is extremely thin. I havenโt done anything with it yet, but now I have about enough of his work for a nice little wall. How would the art market treat those Park Life prints? Cheap copies, or an official work? I feel like sometimes his work sits in a gray area, probably intentionally.
