Having made a similar search recently - I think those offers are very fair, but any conversations I had with Stik owners left me empty handed - some weren't even interested in selling at any price - any others wanted so much ยฃยฃยฃ that, to coin a phrase you would be better 'climbing into Banksys buthole'
But good luck - you won't know until you have a go. !
