There was the Cinderella photo at Dismaland and the rat tshirt, which you could look at as open editions. Thought the tshirt went a bit under the radar considering the meltdown on the forum for the water one.

It's one thing selling to rich people at high prices and another thing preventing images appearing online.
Wealthy people build up portfolios by various artists so banksy would not be more important to them than a goody bag at an Oscars ceremony.
If fans are that concerned about new releases, just contact Holly Cushing or Jo Brooks politely and as them if Banksy will be releasing a new print and put your name on the waiting list.
Or contact POW or just organise a mass picket with placards and a march through central London demanding a new release and a petition to Number 10 too.
If that doesn't work then assume the worst conspiracy theory that Banksy does not exist and his creative team broke up, or Banksy died and has been replaced with John Lennon, or he has been abducted by aliens and came back as Ant and Dec.
