Before that, the last one was Modern Multiples who sold it at a Known Gallery show for $9100 which I believe was December 2012. Mine isnt going anywhere either.
That reminds me that there were supposed to be special COA's for these but I guess that never happened.

This is backpackpunk's, I bought it from him a while back. Just trying to get an idea on current value for insurance.
I contacted Modern Multiples about a COA and after months of persistent calls and emails they finally agreed to send me one. But when it arrived they made it for the wrong edition, it was for the regular edition of 9. I attempted to correct the situation but they won't respond to my messages. Terrible customer relations if you ask me. It would literally take 5 minutes to fix it.

I do not know a single gallery that is good with issuing COA's so i wouldnt take it personally. His (now yours) is legit. No one is going to be able to recreate the mastery of that HPM - the quality is SUPERB especially when it catches the light.

Hey all....just curious to see what the forum thinks of RETNA's most recent diptych print release. Yes, they were 10k USD so no need to comment on that. I didnt set the price so no need to remind me of how high that is for prints. I am curious if anyone believes they have gained any value yet or not. I appreciate the feedback guys. Also, I just had them framed so I am not really in the market to sell them just yet at least. I just want an idea of what they may be worth now. Thanks again

i was recently offered one of the hpm's of these are the days for 15k. i was told that there are two editions of this print, a normal edition and a hpm edition, i believe both are editions of 12.
someone listed no man knows print on ebay twice in the last month or so. first time it "sold" for $5600, next time sold for $5300 and hasn't been relisted since.
an un dicho print recently sold for $4550, January of this year to be exact.
obviously there is also his most recent release thru printthemall which sold out, and was 10k or so for a set of two prints.
there is a la palma verde II that i have seen listed every now and then for the last few years that never seems to sell, but that probably has to due with the fact that the image is one of his older ad take overs that he use to do, and isn't in such high demand like his newer works that has his lettering which is what he is known for.
i'd guess 5k is about average for his larger prints, but you could probably get more for esoteric existence since it doesn't come up too often. set a price and go from there or take it to auction.
