Have only ever seen 1 CYW with condition issues & that was done by Royal Mail.
The only thing I'd add would be a pic of the framed piece as I think it would really help potential buyers - easy sale I think !

I may not respond unless you include your offer, this just saves time.
There are some offers over the asking amount so if anything falls through ill put you into a weird form of a banksy flight stack. One will land after another should anyone pull out, the sale is reliant on the coa in most cases.
Please make sure any luggage is stowed safely and put your chairs in an upright position.

Considering the cheapest signed banksy's sell for ยฃ10k I think your asking price is very fair , I wouldn't let mine go for less than ยฃ15k, then saying that ' I wouldn't let my NBG go for less than that either. good luck with what ever you decide to do. |
