This is total crap, and paying this much for it is just a joke, I can't believe people are actually willing to pay money for an optical illusion experiment by an artist who has one trick up their sleeve... PAINTING RAINBOW COLORS WITH CHILDREN.

I'm going to go order some inkjet prints of the mona lisa on canvas instead of wasting money on this. Maybe walmart has some banksy reproductions that I can put up as well.

I think artists should try new things and technologies if they feel like it. Like photoshop

I say this in no uncertain terms, it is a already classic image that has now been taken to the next new level using fairly new techniques (well the latest quality anyway).
The image is perfect to be used in the lenticular format it will just buzz on any wall as can be seen from the preview vids.
The amount of people that have wanted this image on their walls is immense now the chance has come to get it. These will be gone in seconds tomorrow and hopefully to real Eelus fans carts.

I remember missing out on the first release and posting my disgust at seeing them straight on eBay... Several years on I was contemplating shelling out 3k, never did and many others were in the same shoes as me this gives them the chance now to finally get it on the walls...
You have to admit in a week when many artists have brought out or are releasing new stuff this is the tops!

Interesting enough is the size, it's larger than the original correct? This would be a great stand alone piece and def one of his classics for anyone who missed the original. Hopefully pick one up for over my bed .

I think AR do free worldwide delivery I'm sure I've seen before which I suppose is a bonus for overseas buyers.
I'm thinking about the logistics of getting these to the buyers I guess they've got to be sent flat and therefore will need to be very well packaged almost bombproof like... But sure all of this is factored into the pricing.
I would of thought for UK buyers it would benefit AR to have a man and a van hand deliver across the country as the comebacks over using a day to day courier the way they throw stuff about and the way stuff is processed could be never ending.
As I've said though AR will have factored all this in to the pricing and I fully expect them to get all the release out safely and soundly
