I've unwrapped but not the additional wrap around the print. Looks incredible as expected and it appears I got the number everybody wants to get but never does..

3D version (no variant) went for ยฃ2700 this morning, a Variant goes in 3hours bidding up to 2250 and one available (non variant) at 3500 buy it now........ I saw One was available for trade on here yesterday.
Be interesting to see what the one finishing in 3 hours goes for with it been the colour change edition as this seemed more desirable earlier in this thread.

I know theres all this lenticular discussion but this is Eelus's classic image and it is a release of 100 (or 50 of each variant)... only time will tell i suppose.

After seeing both I think the normal rain moving 3D looks like it has more depth, therefore better IMO.

Something is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it when you go to sell it. Art is very much a buyers market (apart from banksys but let's not go there).
How rare something is is actually irrelevant unfortunately. If you go to sell this piece and no one is looking to buy it, your price lowers. If you're desperate to buy it and one suddenly comes available you'll snap it up regardless. I think those buyers have already got this print so now the value will become a little more stable. I do think it's going to steadily sneak upwards of the ยฃ3k and maybe head nearer ยฃ4K but I do think that won't be for a little while! Some people haven't even received theirs yet!
I'll have to do with my little lenticular postcards for now!

After all the was a 2nd chance for everyone who missed out on the first original release myself included.
As for parting I think once these have all been acquired by the right people then the time they do appear on the secondary the price my well be upwards of 4K.
Which makes the ยฃ2250 last night for a variant seem cheap... Don't think that price will be seen again.
