I was actually in awe when I first seen this image and wanted to buy it but when I got wind this print still needed to be printed I decided to wait and see...

I am not trying to slag off something forum members have bought and I would like to nuance my words a bit. It is horrible compared with the advert. The print is self can/could be nice on it self, but I think it would/ could be a disappointment when someone opens the tube and sees the result they had to wait for for 2 months.... I was actually in awe when I first seen this image and wanted to buy it but when I got wind this print still needed to be printed I decided to wait and see... good to hear you are pleased with your purchase ;-) |

It's a real bad print job judging from the photos. One of the highlights in Medhi's works is the contrast of the different elements and dark shadows, but this just seems like a faded print left under the light for a bit too long.

Reputations take a long time to build and seconds to destroy. I might be wrong but this isn't the first time I've heard negative stories in relation to this gallery?

And it was me that found the artist on the net and sent the info onto Griffin. Said at the time sort me a canvas if you get him in for a show. He decided id forgotten and took the credit. Then had the f**king cheek to get me to work on the show and never bothered to sort me out for that either. Thats after i had worked on the first couple of shows for free to help out a "mate" even paying the train fares to do it at first. Then did a bunch more for small bits of art. Medhi is a great artist and a really nice guy, i doubt he was happy to release this print somehow. Dude that owns the gallery on the other hand....... Will probably threaten to sue me for the THIRD time!! i guess he's using someone close to him though, as they never came up with the goods. He has no respect for anyone that isn't his wallet.

Sent it back and am expecting a refund. I have not voiced my opinion until now so as to give benefit of the doubt. Very disappointed with service, way this print was sold, length of wait, quality control and finally why oh why use such a narrow gauge tube....tight arses!!!! "falling at the final hurdle"
