Well, bloody hell.... and there was me thinking they were catching fish for all these years *puzzled look*
I think I can conclude this topic and get us back to the original point. Do not buy Banksy prints, play call of duty and invest in Fish.
Job Done.

Maybe thats the artist, and he/she does art work like Banksy, with a similar tag? Maybe related to him, like a distant cousin?

He's just gonna swizz someone else out of cash. I did report this to the auctioneer cause he was auctioning art works from his clients art gallery, I did mention that if my works were fake that probably the other ones would be fake as well and that the other buyers should be aware of that. It's difficult if not impossible for me to warn the other buyers cause an auction like that is anonymous. So in my opinion the auctioneer is responsible now cause he got the knowledge of it. There's not much that I can do now, I first want to have my money back before I do something. If I bought it from the guy directly the situation would be different of course and I would sew his ass in court. Really! But now the auctioneer is handling everything correctly.. So it's good that the details from the art gallery are online here so people know that the Banksy he's selling are fake! Once again : www.artbroker-int.nl

In fairness to those who questioned whether you and this thread were genuine, their wariness seemed reasonable to me, at least until the above post by you.
One explanation for these doubts is that you were actually fooled by the works attributed to Banksy on the dealer's website. For many Banksy enthusiasts here, even relative amateurs, those works are patent forgeries.
The fact you were apparently willing to spend thousands of euros on clear fakes was suspicious — because to accept this at face value would mean also having to believe you were completely oblivious about the extent of your own ignorance (i.e. how basic your mistake was). With some members, that whole combination may have been just too implausible.
I'm reminded of lines from a poem by Alexander Pope, the first being "A little learning is a dang'rous thing".

Once refunded, or in parallel with your efforts to get refunded, there is more you can do.
This looks like attempted fraud — as I believe there was intention to defraud. At the very least, there was recklessness on the part of the dealer and auction house regarding their due diligence responsibilities. And at the time of posting, at least five of the six pieces still on the dealer's "Banksy" page are fakes:
www.artbroker-int.nl/art/name/banksy
Report the parties and your case to the relevant national authorities in The Netherlands. Here's a website that may help:

Flower Thrower, by ethan675 on Apr 6, 2016 7:43:29 GMT 1, So who's paying back the money? The auction house or the gallery? I would guess the auction house is insured against selling fakes. This is well dodgy? Insurance money? You could report the fakes here link to fake art register The auction house cause they sold it to me. And they were the one who were writing that the Art work would come with an original Certificate of authenticity. I bought several items through the years from the auction house so there was no reason for me to question them. I guess they are insured indeed and if not I don't think they will pay the gallery. To be honest, I don't care where the money comes from as long I have it by the end of the day

Are you more knowledgeable about the other items you have purchased over the years than the fake Banksy? In other words, how sure are you that your other purchases are what the auction house claimed?
In addition to the fake Banksy, I would suggest that you might want to worry about your previous purchases as well. If the auction house has sold this fake Banksy a) knowingly or b) without assuring the artwork's authenticity ahead of the auction, they may have done so with other items as well.

But it was a bike and some other stuff, not art I'm quite sure that my bike is real It might be that they have sold fake before, I don't know about that. I think that the auction house was not aware about this, they believed the art gallery because it's so well known in the netherlands. He's the official dealer from "Herman Brood" works. (fake or not, that I don't know either). I think that the auction house should check it before offering it to the people but I do blame the art gallery more than the auction house.

Flower Thrower, by Deleted on Apr 6, 2016 12:46:30 GMT 1, If you pay the auction house then the auction house has to refund you and get their money back from the gallery. Thats how it works with most auction houses.
hermanbrood.net/_brood.htm
"Related to his success and especially after his death in 2001 many counterfeits (illegal copies, fake paintings, etc.) have been put on the market. Through the internet and by regular galleries as well. Even with faked copies of certificates of origin. His paintings have been copied also when Herman Brood was alive. He never reported the matter to the police because he saw it as an honour that his work was copied because it proved that his work was of great value !
Nowadays, it is assumed that hundreds of paintings and prints are counterfeits. It is considered proven that even criminal organizations in the Netherlands have been active in this field. In the current art market "experts" not always agree about the authenticity or origin of the work. It is a complex matter. One element is that Herman Brood painted a lot of his work (in his atelier, on the street, at events, etc.) and sold it directly to customers in stead of through his management or art broker. Nobody exactly knows the full scope of his work.
In order to be sure about the authenticity of a work a couple of things have to be clear:
the origin of the work has to be clear and traceable, back to the artist the work should have "the touch" of the artist and the characteristics of the painter the work should have an accompanying certificate of origin/authenticity from a reliable source."

I hope that the other buyers will receive a mail from the auction about that but I'm afraid that that's not gonna happen .
