It's this piece, which was actually exhibited at Atom Gallery in Finsbury Park last year. I use a stencil to draw out the shapes and paint with a very small paint brush and a steady hand.

A good way of hanging the larger pieces is to attach two strips of wood to the back, lying horizontally. They should be about half the width of the piece (but sitting in the middle) and you hang the piece from the top one off one or two strong screws in the wall. Be careful not to go through too far with the screws attaching the pieces of wood to the painting. Let me know if you want any more info.
Here's a bad illustration of how the back of the piece might look:
