Was the seller happy to receive ยฃ70000 (after fees vat etc?). Probably not. Also if someone won it at ยฃ120000 that means at least one other buyer missed out at ยฃ115000 or whatever the tier below was. However if you put it up here for ยฃ120000 it probably wonโt sell so the value will lie below that in reality.

Certainly through auction at ยฃ120k the seller will get close to if not all of the hammer price in auctions today so c.ยฃ90k not ยฃ70k as stated elsewhere. You have to remember as a seller there are a lot of very good and provably successful 0% options online today.
The last 3 auctions of Jack & Jill (signed) have had an average of ยฃ108.6k all in and average hammer price of ยฃ81.6k. The fair position, it could be argued, is ยฃ95.1k. It is certainly where I would start to talk as its a win:win for both!

How much depends upon the individuals purchase price of the print and other personal circumstances like do they have any unrelieved CGT losses. My post was about a fair price that's all! |

Would prefer an Australian buyer, as sending something like this is always a nightmare, but a fabulous price will obviously swing it.
Will be looking to the Banksy Value site as a guide, somewhere in the upper middle of their valuation.

I am the original owner and the print was framed from new when bought back in 2005.
Full COA from Pictures on walls is present.
I have been a member on this site for a few years now and have sold a few Banksy bits previously.
Sadly, this is the last.
The print has been removed from the frame for inspection and the print itself is in as new condition.
The rear of the print has 6 small marks from original framing, where the print was secured in place with tape to the border. The tape has been removed and only small marks remain, which have zero impact on the print surface itself.
I would prefer to meet in person to make a sale as to avoid posting such a valuable item.
Based in Leicester but also happy to travel to London.
A bank transfer would be required.
Please PM with sensible offers or for further information.
