Bertil Greging (born 1957) is a well known likeness in the Norwegian art landscape. Since the end of the 70s he has held a number of exhibitions; at the «Norwegian Museum of Contemporary Art», «Kunstnerforbundet», «Galleri GAD», «Galleri Trafo» og «Kunstnernes Hus (Høstutstillingen)».
Bertil works with a variety of expressions; from strictly graphic drawings and paintings to colorful and expressive collage- and works on paper. It consistently for his oeuvre is the brutal and chaotic expression - one cannot help but be fascinated by Bertil's works.
Greging is a self-taught artist and is thus slightly on the outside compared to those with education from the academy. However, he is accepted and purchased by a number of institutions and collectors like «the National Museum of Art», «the Norwegian Cultural Council» and «Malmö Art Museum», Rolf Hoff, Christen Sveaas and Tor Juul.
