Personally been after the 'animals' image ever since I saw the sticker, so glad it's been translated to a print.
Solid images for all 3 in the set so will be going for one!

50x50cm Signed edition of 200 with COA.

First month after dismaland they were Β£150
Half the prints around in this scene are over priced but the market makes the prices , just the same as stik prints should be around Β£150
This being a tiny edition and hand stencilled about right compared to lots of other prints in the scene

I own and have owned many of Banksy's most striking prints, including a signed GWRB and this is up there with all of them!

Yes, you would be correct and I would have to agree with the fact that Banksy's image was better in the respect of cell phones diminishing the importance of personal interaction. However, my statement was really meant to reflect on pieces that were released as a print HF'd or not in some quantity to the general public. Additionally, when Banksy posted at the Tate the painting was removed where as when Zedsy posted at Dismaland the piece was left up along with other artist's pieces as well. I'm sure it was in reflection of Banksy wishing the Tate didn't remove his piece. From what I've read, that piece was originally put in the lost and found. Does anybody know what ever became of the Banksy that was hung in the Tate? It would be quite ironic if it now hangs in a museum somewhere. |
